What to Expect

Plan Your Visit

Attending any church for the first time can be a bit intimidating and we want to make sure you have a wonderful experience walking through our doors on your first day! Take a look at some of the things we have going on during our Sunday mornings below.

Worship Gatherings

We gather for worship time at both 9:00am and 11:00am. You can expect to be welcomed in with a cup of coffee and warm smile from our amazing first impressions team. On a typical Sunday morning we join in singing praise songs, studying the Bible, and praying together. You'll walk away feeling encouraged and blessed by the hospitality and the fellowship that we share as a family.

Dress is casual here on the Coast, so come as you are!

Midweek

Church doesn't end on Sunday! We also have many opportunities to gather throughout the week for all ages and stages of life. Our church deeply values continuing the conversation we start on Sundays, talking more about what we're learning in our journey with Christ, helping each other learn and grow in faithfulness to God. There are also opportunities for kids, students, and young adults to spend time with their peers in study and play as well. To learn more about our midweek programming, check out our calendar and see what's coming up.

Sunday School

We have Sunday school classes for kids, students and adults. As a church we want to see our folks grow deeper in community and in their understanding of God's amazing Word and we desire to see all ages and stages of life experience this!

Sunday School for NCKids runs at both 9:00am and 11:00am. Try to arrive a couple minutes early to get them checked in at our check-in desk where they'll be ushered off to age appropriate classrooms. We have classes for Nursery, Pre-K, K-2nd, and 3rd-5th. They'll spend time with our incredible volunteer staff who will sing, play, and teach them all about the Bible with their peers.

NCFF Youth meets during the 11:00am service. All of the students start off in the worship gathering for praise time and then are dismissed off to the Student Center for Bible teaching, round table discussion, and hang out time with their peers. This gathering includes both middle school and high school, 6th-12th grade.

We also have classes that run concurrently with both services for a deeper dive into the Bible. You can learn more about Sunday School Bible study and other study groups that meet throughout the week through the link below.
