• JOHN NAGLE - Lead Pastor

    John is a highly relational pastor with a great love for God, his family, our church and coastal community. He is a Bible teacher well known for making God's truth understandable and making positive life change applicable to everyone. John is a vision caster for NCFF and is committed to developing godly leaders. He and his wife (Becky) believe the North Coast of Oregon is where God has called them to live and share the life-transforming story of Jesus.


  • Michael Hague - administrative pastor

    Michael's passion is to help people succeed and progress in their journey. Michael earned his Bachelors degree from Pacific Christian College in Fullerton, CA and a Masters degree from Pepperdine University. He has been in full-time ministry since 1990 and here on the coast of Oregon since 1996. His wife Eva and his three boys, Seth, Kyle and Ryan, bring blessings and joy to his life.


  • dan dunn -  Associate Pastor of CONGREGATIONAL CARE

    Dan has been in ministry for over 40 years with an emphasis in Christian education, counseling, youth and children/family ministries. After serving as the children and family ministries pastor for 16 years, Dan now concentrates on shepherding, visitations, grief and support counseling and senior adult ministries.  He has been married to Patty, for 52 years. They have 3 sons who love the Lord and are married to 3 Godly ladies that have given them 8 grandkids. 


  • sam hughes - Associate Pastor of Worship ARTS & student Min

    Sam's passion is worship!  Whether worshiping on his own or with a community of believers, being able to honor and adore the Creator of the universe is amazing!  He also loves working with the youth ministry. Working with young people that are making decisions that will shape the way they live for the rest of their lives is truly an honor.  Having the opportunity to come alongside a student, share the gospel with them, disciple them and encourage them in their walk with God is HUGE!    


  • aj johnson - Associate pastor of Children and family ministries

    AJ is a millennial. That is to say he graduated from Multnomah Bible College in the year 2000 with a degree in Youth Ministry.  He and his bride Anna went overseas to work as missionaries with Cadence International. There they partnered for a decade as a couple and with the other youth workers to disciple and reach military students in Germany. They have two daughters who have been a constant source of fun, and energy in the Johnson’s marriage.


  • andrew walker - student ministries

    Andrew is excited to be working with the students of Clatsop County. Graduating from George Fox University in 2014 with a degree in Christian Ministry, he has long had a passion for working with adolescents. He loves discipleship, helping youth develop their relationships with God, and is committed to reaching students for Christ. He and his wife Brandi currently reside in Warrenton, and have been happily married since 2015.


  • CHRIStie DAVIS - facilities

    Born and raised on a ranch in San Diego, Christie joined the US Navy in 1984 and "saw the world".  She is now retired and has been living here on the North Oregon coast since 2007.  She feels so blessed to have been given this opportunity to serve here at NCFF. Christie is so thankful for God's grace and forgiveness, and for each new day He gives her. Because every day she realizes, "There but for the grace of God go I.....
